We are presently accepting pre-leases for Phase 1, which features our Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments. This phase consists of a total of 18 units, including 12 one-bedroom, one-bath apartments and 6 studio apartments.

Serene Haven is set to provide a variety of amenities included in our pricing. Each apartment will feature a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom, along with onsite laundry facilities and wireless internet. Residents can enjoy lounges, a full coffee bar, an indoor mailroom, and a secured, monitored entry system. For outdoor recreation, there will be a fenced-in dog park, a new pickleball court, and a covered barbecue area with gas grills. Additional conveniences include resident lockers, storage rooms, and multiple scenic decks for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Our elegant community dining room and fitness room will host daily fitness activities, such as our "Forever Fit" program. The facility will also offer several multi-purpose rooms, local courtesy transportation, housekeeping, and a robust calendar of daily and weekly activities to suit various interests, ensuring a vibrant independent living experience.

Moreover, optional services will be available for an additional fee, including hair salon and barber appointments, daily meal plans, guest meals, and extra cleaning and laundry services. We are in the process of developing more options for residents to choose from, which will be provided outside of the regular monthly rental amount. I will update you once these are finalized.

Residents are welcome to personalize their living spaces by bringing their own items, provided there is enough room. Additionally, we offer a design team that can create a custom-priced package tailored to their preferences. We can also arrange an appointment for them to meet with the design team.
